The Alachine Journey

Skylar Everett founded Alachine Industrial Company with a simple idea: that good work, done with honesty and care, can make a real difference. After more than a decade working in the commercial explosives industry, Skylar saw firsthand how much relationships, follow-through, and trust matter—especially in industries where the smallest delays or wrong parts can cause big problems.

Over time, he felt a pull to do things a little differently. Drawing on what he learned during his 12 years at Nelson Brothers—and from his early career as a golf club professional, where attention to detail and personal service were everything—Skylar began shaping a business that reflects the values he holds close: integrity, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Alachine exists to make it easier for plants, factories, and manufacturers to get the right parts at the right time—with personal service that’s consistent and dependable. It's not about being the biggest, but about being the most trusted.

Skylar and his wife, Kelli, along with their two sons, Zaylan and Trenton, see Alachine as more than just a business. It’s a family effort, rooted in their shared belief that work should be done with purpose, and that service—real, human service—still matters.

Whether you’re looking for a specific component or a steady hand to support your supply chain, Alachine is here to help. One part, one service at a time, we’re working to build something that lasts.
